L'shay Nikkol is a licensed esthetician, tattooist and beauty school owner. She has over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry.
L’shay’s career journey in the beauty industry is quite inspiring. Starting in 2012 after graduating from Aesthetics school, she began as a makeup artist. Over time, her passion for teaching led her to further her education, returning to school in 2017 to become an instructor. Additionally, she expanded her horizons by launching her own makeup line. However, her desire to make a lasting impact on her clients’ lives drove her to transition into the field of permanent makeup artistry, providing beauty solutions that endure beyond mere moments.
In 2021, she opened up her very own Permanent Makeup Studio & Academy, L'Shay Nikkol Beauty in West Allis, WI.
In 2023, she opened The Academy of Skin & Beauty which aims to provide aspiring beauty professionals with a comprehensive and immersive learning experience. She has a team of experienced instructors who are experts in their respective fields, students can expect to receive world-class training that covers a wide range of beauty disciplines, including skincare, makeup artistry, permanent makeup, and more.

Ashley Nicole
Esthetician, Instructor & PMU Artist
Ashley has always been into fashion and beauty, so when she found out about the opportunity to be apart of the esthetics program at Aveda Institute of Beauty and Wellness, she wasted no time and enrolled right away. Shortly after in 2015, Ashley became a licensed esthetician and sought out opportunities of becoming an Arch Expert at Benefit Brow Bar inside Ulta Beauty.
Within years, Ashley became the most requested brow artist for Benefit Cosmetics in Milwaukee, transforming the idea of women’s beauty with just her creativity, expertise, and of course, brow wax. In 2019, while still working for Benefit Brow Bar, she came across another opportunity, which was to be an instructor at the very same place she started, Aveda. Receiving so much positive feedback from her students only proved instructing was the right decision, and it was there she met L’Shay, who was also instructing for the institution.
While building her business and remaining current in the beauty industry, Ashley took another leap and got into tattooing (microshading). Her determination and focus got the attention of L’Shay and the opportunity to once again work together. Fast forward to today, Ashley continues not only build her brand, becoming one of Milwaukees top henna brow specialist, but she also continues to instruct side by side with L’Shay through a journey not for the weak, but for the beautiful. Ashley continues to strive for greatness curating students to become amazing versions of themselves within the world of esthetics!
Nicky
Esthetician, Instructor, PMU Artist & Paramedical Specialist
Nicky is a Professional who’s love and knowledge in the Beauty Industry runs deep in different facets. Nicky started in the Beauty Industry in 1994 after graduating from MATC and becoming a licensed Nail Technician. Nicky then continued her education and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Communication from Concordia University and her Master’s Degree in Business from Cardinal Stritch University.
Nicky felt as though there was so much more to be learned with the body and skin so she enrolled in Aveda Beauty and Wellness Aesthetician program where she graduated and became a licensed Aesthetician. Nicky currently works at The Academy Of Skin & Beauty as an Esthiology Instructor.
In July of 2022 Nicky decided to take a training at L'Shay Nikkol Beauty learning how to Microshade. Nicky absolutely feel in love with brows after the training and immediately joined the LNB team. Nicky now has an array of services added to her portfolio from Body Sculpting, Ombre' Brows, Paramedical Tattooing, and Waxing.
Cherita
Lash Tech, Esthetician & PMU Artist
Cherita Ward is an Esthetician currently providing Ombre brows, eyelash extensions and waxing services at L'Shay Nikkol Beauty-Permanent Makeup Studio.
Cherita was working as a Front desk supervisor in the hospitality industry when she realized that her passion in life was for the beauty industry. During the pandemic Cherita decided to enroll in Esthetics school attending The Institute of Beauty and Wellness. After completing their 600 hour program, Cherita decided to open her own business.
Cherita's main focus is to make women and men feel beautiful and aesthetically pleased with the services provided. Her career as an Esthetician allows her to truly impact someone's life just by spending time with them and allowing them to unwind, decompress and feel good about doing something for themselves. Heritage is very passionate about educating her clients and answering any concerns her clients may address during their appointments.
Cherita knows the importance of continuing her education and keeping up with the latest trends within the skin care industry. Her goal is becoming an instructor, educating women and men who decided to enter the world of Esthetics. One thing Cherita knows is that the beauty industry will never die, it will always continue to grow and change as the world continues to evolve and she is ready for that journey.
Belaire

Belaire is a professional makeup artist, PMU and Licensed tattooist with the power to give her clients a flawless glow. She adores looking after my clients for their wedding day and any other special occasion.
Her clients would describe her as calm, professional and passionate about what she does. Belaire offers a few different appointment types, with MAKEUP being her top profession. She has been mastering makeup for the past 6 years. She is proud of her profession, and can transform your entity. She is here to make you different. Belaire showcases different faces that don’t conform to the standard or traditional belief of perfection. She believes the industry is about individuality, diversity, and acceptance. Makeup helps her clients feel beautiful during their special moments.
Belaire dove into the world of Microshading (PMU) with L’shay a little over a year ago and know that it was one of her best decisions. She absolutely love doing Ombre' eyebrows.

Kijai is the owner, operator of Deeper Than Skin Aesthetics. Kijai has been a licensed aesthetician for four years with a passion and speciality for treating acne. She loves the beauty of restoring clients faith in skin. Certified in chemical peels with Face Reality, Glommed Pro, and Skin Script.
Her first job was with Massage Envy, which introduced her to the world of structured clinical treatments. Deeper Than Skin's goal is to help clients feel confident in their skin by providing them with the necessary information, tools and treatments they need to feel healthier and beautiful.
